FluidDynamiX Pty Ltd warrants this product to the original purchaser against deficiencies in material and workmanship when purchased from the company or an authorised business partner.
The warranty applies for the defined period based on the application in which the product is installed.

Useful Life Definition
Useful life is defined as the period during which a SofterWater Conditioner unit is expected to remain usable for the purpose, industry and application for which it was acquired.
This period may or may not correspond with the product’s actual physical life or economic life.
Stainless Steel Product Service Life
The FluidDynamiX Pty Ltd warranty relates to the serviceable life of the stainless steel product.
This is defined as the period during which all components required to service the product remain available.
If the product is determined to be irreparable, FluidDynamiX Pty Ltd reserves the right to substitute an equivalent product where available or to retract warranty obligations if no replacement is available.
PVC and ABS Components
Products manufactured from PVC or ABS housings and components carry a 12-month warranty against deficiencies in material and workmanship.
Warranty Conditions
This warranty does not cover products that are:
• improperly selected for the application
• incorrectly installed by a business partner or appointed installer
• used outside the intended operating conditions
• abused, altered, modified or repaired without authorisation
FluidDynamiX Pty Ltd has no control over water chemistry and cannot be responsible for impacts caused by changes in:
• pH
• corrosiveness
• water analysis
• mineral composition
• other water chemistry conditions
These factors may impact the product negatively and are not covered under warranty.
Warranty Remedy
If the product is determined, after inspection by FluidDynamiX Pty Ltd, to be defective during the warranty period, the company reserves the option to:
• repair the product, or
• replace the product
Freight charges may apply.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances will FluidDynamiX Pty Ltd be liable for damages including any lost profits, lost savings, or other incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the product.
Warranty Authority
The above warranty is the only warranty authorised by FluidDynamiX Pty Ltd and applies to products sold on or after 1 January 2012.
